So I went to see an energy healer.

Long story short I had a lot of weird sh*t go down over the past week and I thought — ‘what the hell?!’

Turns out my lower chakras are massively blocked. What’s new? I feel that explains a lot.

My crown, heart and throat chakra are uncharacteristically wide opened for a human. Still not sure what that means. I’ll revisit this later.

And then I was told I have a yhuuuuuge tribe counting on me; that I’m not alone and I really should ask for help in this undertaking. (So what exactly is this undertaking… maybe I need to start there?) But one thing, to make sure that the guides, spirits, beings, etc that I call on are on the highest frequency. Apparently there are a lot of “bad guys” floating around as of late.

Obviously this energy worker gave me homework assignment (What’s new? This seems to be a thing with me). So I’m assigned to 1) learn who my guides are and 2) ask for help.

So time to go to trusty Google and start with…

‘How to contact spirit guides?’

And then let’s figure out ‘How to learn the name of my spirit guides’
