Wow. Yesterday where did that come from?

Suddenly I was forced to face the loss of every single person who has passed away in my life. That was — MEGA heavy.

It went from a lot of turbulence and pain to silence. As if I experienced a major storm and then it had passed.

I woke up this morning worn out but calm. Knowing the worst had been over. Throughout last night, I had felt my angels/spirits/guides/radiant beings/my tribe surrounding me. They were me assuring me throughout the night that everything was going to be alright.

It’s really strange to say but I had to go through it. It was divinely timed.

It’s as if I opened another portal or jumped a timeline through the experience. I woke up to a new download of information. With a new set of directions. Everything was more clearer than ever before.

I’m back!

Whatever is going on in the cosmos today hit me hard.

I have experienced a lot of loss in my life.

Today I cry for all those who I have lost.

Another common theme in my awakening/ascension journey is letting go of what doesn’t serve me.

Words, thoughts, frequencies, things, idealogies, even people…

How do you break up with people? It’s definitely not something I have been taught to do.

From my trial and error process (of some going very badly), I’ve learned that sometimes its just best to fade away. And hey maybe one day they will rejoin me on my journey. (But I’m not going to hold my breath.)

I have found myself surrounded by individuals who are incredibly draining. They only take, they tend to dwell on the negative, and they are very demanding of my time. Some of them claim they too are “awakened.” I’d love to be there for everyone but at the end of the day I have to ask myself — will any of these difficult people will be around for me?

Not really. Why? They don’t have the capacity to do so.

One of the toughest things in life I have learned is that some people never exit out of their own matrix. They get stuck in same cycle over and over again. And will recreate their matrix within even this new age “awakened” community.

And it’s not my job to pull them out of it. Nor will they ever be able to be there for me at the capacity I need them to be.

It’s okay. I get it. We can fly in each other’s outer orbit periodically connecting.

We are here. We are shifting, splitting, ascending…

As November slowly comes to an end and December is lurking around the corner — what to expect?

And…

Turn off your phone. Shut off the television. Power down your computer. Shut the door. Angle your blinds. Be a lone in a room. Remove all distractions.

And be quiet.

Allow your thoughts to flow through you.

Watch your thoughts.

Allow yourself to weave through them only to engage with those in which must be played out.

Obstain from negative thoughts. Let those float away.

The noise is everywhere.

It’s also cluttering your mind. Not allowing you to think clearly and speak to your inner being. Your soul.

You have to connect with your soul in order to be on the right path, to take the right action and to realize who you really are– to actualize, to manifest into physical existence your spirit.

Now be still. Let it cook, let it simmer, watch yourself align with who you really are. Greatness is coming. It’s already here. It’s within you.

Splitting otherwise known as ascension is not all rainbows and sunshine.

You really become unglued. Things become activated.

Life around you really becomes unglued.

In the mist of what seems like hell you begin to realize a few things:

1 – You are the ringleader of your own circus.

Despite the f***ery that has unfolded you are still in control. So get it together.

2 – Your soul contracts have to play out for the sh*tshow to end.

Seriously spent the 1 hour 31 minutes watching Matt Kahn. It will change your life. If you aren’t going to invest the time in yourself to watch it here are the cliff notes: Soul contracts are lessons you have work through. If you don’t they will come back… over and over again like a character in bad video game to torment you. So do the f***ing work. *If you want to ascend rapidly this is the hack.

3 – Listen to yourself for warnings…

The universe really does have your back. Even when you are doing all the wrong things. It will tap you gently to get back on the right path. However, you have free will and if you ignore it — it will lead to your demise (and possibly death). So f***ing listen.

4 – Sometimes when things are falling apart, they might be actually falling into place.

Everything has to unravel before you can create order. Things have to be eliminated to allow new things in. Sometimes this is painful.

I’m starting to see the brilliance in everything. From the iridescent bubbles forming in my pour over to the electric contrast in the fall leaves.

Life is starting too feel unusually magical.
