You might have noticed it’s been a rough week of sleep.

You might have felt like at one moment at 2 or 3 in the morning like you have been hanging on the edge– hanging by a thread.

And now — you can’t help be feel the energy. Like a deep bass. Pounding and pounding…

And you aren’t sure what to do. You are not alone.

I’m not sure what is going on but do whatever you need to do to keep yourself alive.

Give me a few days — I’m going to get to the bottom of this.

PS. Drink electrolytes, make sure you are getting plenty of water, enough protein and cut the coffee for a hot minute.
